got electrocuted

I think the stove is 240 v forgot to shut power before i touched wire felt massive electricty  go through my forearm pretty awesome actually

It was one of them wires that connect to the capacitor switch

no but i did yell like a girl kinda like when a spider jumps on you zero pain but you felt the force sure enough im suprised my hand didnt fry

I use this every time I try to wire/rewire something, a handy and cheap little thing, I'm sure you have one too

yes non contact detectors, i was drowsy had a few brews in me god either loves me or im becoming one with electricity

Just be comforted that it wasn't a flux capacitor switch, otherwise you'd have gone back in time and wound up trapped within an infinite loop of ridiculousness.  Kinda like "Groundhog Day" but not nearly as funny.

So only what you get was little shock from the capacitor. No big deal, but in these parts of stove you will be able to meet like 20 amps, which will kill you instantly. For better grounding, work barefoot and wet the floor.

Maybe you were touching the stove with your arm at a different place, that why you only felt it go through your arm. Either way luck, or built up immunity.

If your other arm would be grounded then maybe not so luck.

wrong the wire was live and disconnected from capacitor how many amps did i get
