Except delts blow up pretty quickly on gear. I would think that calf implants would be the likely "next level" as no amount of exercise or gear is gonna help them if they are genetically predisposed to shittiness.

Yea, that's the big thing....3 of those days are just meeting with people and its definitely not year round.   Don't get me wrong.....Carrot Top is awesome and he's one of the many people that make Vegas great.
