I had to move up to a XXL tank top for this summer

 I was a little surprised last night when I put on an XL tank top and it wouldn't fit properly over the pecs/lats/delts region. I did 5x5 lifting throughout the autumn, winter and spring and now there's no other way to say it: I'm fukking huge. Amazingly enough my waist is still only 30".

DIM, trib, DAA, Testopro, whey protein peptides, creatine, horny goat weed...those are the basics. I rotate them in and out of the stack. I've got natural supplementation down to a science. For a while at the gym they were calling me the " Natural Dorian".
