It's a lat stretch thingy. It actually works great and I wanted to get one for the house, but they are like $700.

Yeah I saw it, thanks. $700 sounds way overpriced for a simple frame.
I'm pretty sure that attaching a pair of bands (elastic or cargo) to a power rack works great as well.

Yep, and that's what I did and it works almost as well. I can't quite figure out why the Precor works as well as it does.

Maybe because of the seat (balance), but you can replace that with a small stool or bench.

1th Christmas day was meh, since the gym was closed. The hell with social gatherings and stuffing all the food you can eat.
