A fella that trains in my gym. Overall big, lean, huge arms, everything screams some serious saucing for at least few years. He chats me up (noticed that I'm throwing around some decent weights and asks whether I ever tried my one rep max one some exercises) we have a convo about training, food, body weight, etc... I then say "Ok, so what are the compunds you are running currently?", he's like "Well, you know... I eat chicked a few times a day and some creatine."........................ I bert stare him for a second :-| and proceed with "You must be fukkin kidding me right? I'm the last person in this gym you should be telling this shit, trust me.", he gets uncomfortable, kind of laughs in a nervous way and we continue our workouts.. SMFH
