Well, I did say, many times, EVERY CYCLE A LESSON IS LEARNED.
I also explained, many times, why all "alts" are a scam and a schill on Bitcoin, and how, obviously, if you take it to the natural conclusion, either all "crypto" has ultimately zero value (due to infinite blockchains), or, we all gravitate and support BTC as the universal and global ledger of economic energy. That indeed is what you are seeing now, play itself out in real time. If you held alts, and you didn't sell - now you know who the sucker is. Not the scammer who launched the coin. Not the exchanges who made money off allowing it to be traded. Not the influencers who were paid to help schill it. No, you who put your money, which you could have put into Bitcoin, into the hands of scammers. And so, if that is you, consider this now, your lesson learned. You cannot, out-Bitcoin, Bitcoin with alts.
Everyone here was warned. The greedy, the naive and the fools, were burned.
For anyone who has alts at decimated value, I would suggest selling most for what you can, salvaging what you have, and putting ALL into BTC. A few, like Filecoin, Eth, Chain Link, UniSwap, BNB - they will recover - but other than that, just keep stacking Sats.
As for Eth vs BTC just FYI, Eth is down to BTC as follows:
1% today
5% over the last week
9% over the last month
12% over the last 3 months
23% over the last 5 years
Ans this will continue.
Remember always - BTC has a use case - it is a global ledger of economic energy.
Eth, on the other hand, is a tool, like a language, or like air. Useful, but basically free. And hence hard to ascribe any value to (although if valued as one would a typical security an a discounted cashflow analysis, arguably could be valued an $500 per coin - I explained the calculation methodology quite some time ago. And for anyone - if you really have not done the analysis on how you would fundamentally value any token with earnings - then my suggestion is you are better if not buying at all. Same with stocks, or property, or really any asset that derives its value from earnings. If you don't know what you are doing, simply buy and keep stacking BTC, Gold, and the Blackrock or Vanguard global equities ETF. Simple.
