Thanks for reminding me. I've noticed a distinct lack of upper chest lately and have been moving some of my flat plane exercises to incline plane (as my rotator cuff allows). This week, I am also going to incorporate kneeling land mine presses into my chest routine.

I do a lot of dipping movements (on a dip station and on rings) and I can see a nice upper/lower pec split. But without a doubt, my upper pecs are lagging. I want to be able to do a side chest and put a cup on the pec shelf!

A very good question. He talks of adduction and internal rotaion, shoulder elevation. A type of Fly but using slight shoulder elevation in the contracted position. thatīs how i see it. He goes deep into unusual exercises which he seems to invent. We all know most of this stuff but doing the exercise in the video and also from the lower position helps me in my Rehab.

Thanks for reminding me. while people do not need to over complicate things i am and always was a fan of learning Anatomy. Always good to keep your eyes wide open. The Basics are always a winner but i like this Guys "twist" on things. Shows on another video a great exercise with a Dumbbell too. Still most upper chests were build with good old Incline BB press and Flyes.

I am often challenged on isolation exercises, because I have a home gym with zero machines. I frequently have to monkey-patch things together.
