He's lucky he didn't. With the screwed up legal system we have, the young man probably would have been charged, despite it being self-defense. They would have said that the young man used "excessive force" or something like that.

When I used to work in Miami, I used to drive with a Glock 33 under my left leg because of the sheer number of carjackings. A simple road-rage episode could have gone sideways quickly.
