Going to come off to feel healthy, among other reasons.

I like dr scally pct program of 2000 iu hcg EOD x 20 days, 50 mg clomid bid x 30 days and nolva x 45 days.

He says do them all at the same time, but I was thinking of doing the hcg plus arimidex first then do the clomid, nolva.

Thoughts other than people saying to stay on forever?

I would use the HCG during cycle to bring the balls up first. I rmb reading the HCG mimics LH so it actually hinders recovery. I would run short esters + AI while doing this. Then once your balls come back up I would drop the short esters and go to the nolva and clomid.

i dont get the high HCG dosages ever
you can attain natty test levels with 250iu twice a week, there are studies on that.

why blast >10x that
just kills off your leydig cells (if desensitization/apoptosis of these is a real thing)

and yeah, if you run hcg then run it before clomid/nolva/the actual pct

Jizmo, what would u do?

Did high dose deca and test for about 6 months, last deca shot 2 weeks ago, last test shot last night. Did some hcg during cycle. Got plenty of hcg, clomid, and nolva.

Start hcg now plus arimidex x 2weeks, then clomid 50 twice a day plus nolva after hcg use?

yeah, i would run hcg for maybe 4 weeks (you could skip that though, not sure if it helps at all... but since the last deca shot was 2 weeks ago... look at the half life of deca, its gonna take a long ass time till its out of your system... you could bridge that time with hcg... or just run test a bit longer... deca is horrible if you plan on PCTing)
you can add adex

then after the hcg begin the real pct... nolva and clomid together.. dont run adex with these, you could run aromasin though

I'd use an AI with the hcg. I doubt they seeked to avoid gyno in that study...

Ok, last test shot was Monday, only 300 mg. start the hcg now (plus arimidex) then do the clomid and nolva in 2 weeks?

I've always ran Clomid 4 weeks. See how you feel after 2-3 weeks. Might run the Nolva a week or two longer than Clomid.

In the end it's not going to make much of a difference. 6 months clean and you will realize that PCT is just a small baby step in the road to recovery for your HPTA.

Lol, not sure how long I'll be clean, already planning next cycle like a kid opening presents at Christmas...

Overload, you mean u run clomid for 4 weeks, or you start it 4 weeks after your last shot?

HCG will further shut you down.. HCG imo should be ran throughout cycles and PCT should be left for nolva and clomid.. In extreme cases i think one, or the other method should be chosen..

My last dose of test was this week, on hcg now x 2 weeks to bring balls back, after hcg will use clomid and nolva for actual pct

It's ok, I just hate coming off! Since I'm planning on 6 months clean, I don't want a test of 100. I did that before after high deca only cycle and I was so depressed and developed paranoia ocd thoughts. It was a very scary time. Never wanna go there again.

Hmm,,, curious to see what your BW will look like a month post PCT.. If under 300 i'd probably suggest clomid or letro therapy which is still only temporary if you don't wanna do any injections during this 6 month period,,, just trying to think what would be the best option for you...The demons of waking up everyday with low T are nothing any man should experience for an extended period of time...

Well I'm doing an aggressive pct, hcg clomid and nolva. Hope my test levels are about 300. Going to still train, add vit D,Dhea,vit C , sermorelin plus ghrp2 etc... Hopefully I won't crash and if I do, I get back on test

Tell me more about clen, does it work, dose and where is best place? It's legal to get Otc?

Never looked into clen as I was always lean, but as I get older it's much harder to stay lean...
