Cruise at 220lbs blast up to 240s

Ok so I've went from 6ft 199lbs and leanest I've ever been last September cruised until January started blasting but not over 2g total aas the whole time. U think it's possible if I can maintain in the 220s around 10% like I am now to gain as much mass in a year again? This is the goal after I cruise and get blood work done to go back to test deca dbol and put on size and stay lean want to b high in 230s and lean as I am now because I'm only on 375sust 3000npp 300mast e and bout to start cruise dose in a few weeks and hoping to expload again this January or February... Your thoughts on the possibility of adding that much mass without GH? Or mega dosing?

No look at the amount of gear you're using now if you add much more it will just be competing for the receptor and alot of it will be water retention..You're at the point now that if you're 220 extremely lean you can still build some muscle but not nearly at the same rate that you did this is where the classic bulk and cut needs to happen at least 1 more time to create the muscle maturity that people like Phil Heath lacked early in their career due to blowing up so fast without much time built a base with only steroids...You have about 10 more lbs of lean muscle to gain give or take before you have to start venturing into GH as you will have reached your natural limit for gear-only use..Yet i'm 100% sure without looking at you that the QUALITY of the look can be improved more than 10 lbs worth of lean muscle meaning 1-2 more classic cut and bulkers could make the muscle look much better when lean

240 is hard to get at that height and a big reason why you don't see many guys that big. I used to think exactly as you do here, lol! I'd plug in what I was doing, what it got me, then if I were to add such and such I'd make guess of where I'd be at.

I'd consider insulin to help you with this no idea what to tell you for gear. But do you mean 300mg or 3000mg of npp? Hard to tell these days, lol....

300mgs npp  lol I'm not shooting 30ccs a week unless I have an Iv bag. Yea I figured I would not see the same results but in going to see what I can get with these small dosages I run was thinking small amount of pharma GH but I havnt hit the fucking lottery yet that shit is more expensive every time I look at it

That sounds hard to do and maintaining 10%BF. I tried doing the same thing but needed more juice then that and I did get the weight but my BF% jumped as well plus it was uncomfortable being 220-225lbs at my height I know your taller guy probably translates to something similar. that's alot of size to hold. I would do it slowly. def possible! You can probably even get bigger if you wanted. gaining size isn;t a problem just make sure your BF% dosn't jump and your comfortable walking at that weight. I'm honestly more comfortable and stronger dieted down.

You should jump in my transformation thread. that would be cool to see. I'm going to gain 25 lbs slowly though

Weighed this morning 218 veins on upper abs lower abs r more defined in the mornings definitely below 10% now as I hold most of fat on stomache I will plan to spend a year to gain 10-15 lbs of muscle feels way better to b lean at all times. Big  dudes r a dime a dozen but how many big ripped dudes do u see outside of the gym hell it's notnoften in gyms to see it's rare in general population even more so. I will stay lean! I grow better it seems if I stay lean and the juice works way way way better for me I used to b 15% bodybfat and jump on a gram of test and look like dogshit ide b huge but now I stay lean and have been growing and gaining and getting stronger and leaner. Only having carbs after training most days some days more than others and 3-400 grams protein daily from beef egg whites chicken mostly occasional fish I don't do shakes anymore I'm convinced they r all nestle quick powder sugar garbage bullshit.

Yeah I didn;t look nearly as conditioned at 220-225 lbs but I didn't look awful. I just constantly felt uncomfortable. hard to sleep.cardio was harder,clothes got way too small. shit like that.
