Easily I can put away 5000 calories a day. It's not hard when you eating caloric rich foods. My breakfast day on holiday.
8am 2 fried eggs, 2 sausage, 4 bacon, mushrooms, baked beans,two toast with butter, coffee and then a donut.
10.30 pool bar club sandwich with fries
13.00 pool bar burger special (double bacon cheese onion rings ect)
16.00 hotel meal hog roast ect
20.00 group meal with friends starter, lamb shank,fried potaoes ect, ice cream and waffle dessert.
23.30 greek pork gyros
All that with a large beer every 40 minutes throughout the day.
