Yes it's mostly true especially for those over the age of 25. When you have a good amount of natural GH in your system like a 20 year old, you're able to get yourself a bit of a shrinkwrapped look on high test even without supplementing with real GH...Only takes a small amount for 1g so that you don't look bloated 2iu will work great great for that...People say that the gh a teenager has isn't alot...Which is true by bodybuildings standards..But it's just enough to keep yourself in that shrink wrapped look with 1g test and below...Where 40 year olds don't have that and HAVE TO supplement with it even if it's a small amount like 1-2iu...


Anything over 1,250mg (fully dosed, not some UGL garbage) i would say if you aren't running a good dose of tren you would need to indef have GH in the system...This will make you continue quality growth and limit bloat...Sure you can still look good on it...But if you wanna LOOK LIKE you're 7% and be 7% at the same time you need it...You can still be 10% fine...and look 12% with water it promotes..But that's not what someone who is running 2g of test would want i would think...Some younger people run 2-3g test that is 40% underdosed and then talk about how they can do what they want without bloating lol...Not true at all...
