It suits me fine I have huge advantages over you anyway. The thing that most people don't realize about me is that the lighter I get the same levels of strength I keep at higher weight.
Kinda hard to explain and might go over your head but basically the reason I was such a ferocious animal especially at 160lb in MMA fights was because even though I could make weight at 160 I'd be going into the fight at 180lb and really still had strength levels of 220lb dude.
Economies of scale in a weird iron version way but still holds true.
I benched 315 for 3 reps at 160lb.
I doubt you can get 315 for a lousy single right now.
As for legs well your fucked there, I shit 4 plates for breakfast, I'll probably go for the single 6 plate max by end of this year.
Anyway your a waste of time, real champ doesn't have off days.
Dude I benched 300 pounds at 150 bodyweight............th
at`s a double bodyweight bench.
405 below paralell squat at 160 pounds
Seated Alt. DB curls with the 70`s for 5 good reps.
370 for a triple in the squat at 160
100 pound DB Inclines at 160 and cleaned them both from the groung before pressing them.
Could curl my bodyweight with a slight cheat and an exaggerated negative for sets of 5 reps..............etc. etc. etc.
Lets not talk about being strong while weighing very little my boy.
