I'm working my dream job. Rarely do I feel like I'm "working" tho', even when I get really tired.

I always thought touring musician, porn star, or actor.  I must have missed something.
I'm sure someone made assistant manager at Walmart and felt they were at the pinnacle of success.  It's all relative.

It isn't all it's cracked up to be. Living on the road gets old pretty quickly.

I'd like to be a movie star. You're loaded with cash. Everywhere you go people are excited to meet you. Restaurants gives you free meals even though you can afford it because they want you in the place.

In reality I had my dream job and retired at 52.

I want to be a personal trainer but I just can't figure out how to make money off of it. Gyms do not allow outside personal trainers training their clients.  Working as a personal trainer for a chain gym pays as much as flipping burgers for a Burger King. Another thing is my age. While I look in shape I know I can't compete with the image a 25 year old juicer trainer has.

no job.  ;D

This, all jobs suck, the idea is to do the thing that makes the most money in the shortest period then get out.Basically do the opposite of what everyone does.

My dream is to not have to work (and in less than 5 yrs once I am in my mid-50's, it will become a reality).

Ideally, this plays out by having my money invested in a diversified fashion through a number of tools, while also having a generous number of real estate properties for cash flow purposes.

My only job, in that instance, would be to look into new real estate to invest in, while selling off properties that are projecting a future loss.

Professional Sleeper.  Just sleep 12 hours a day with regular naps.  I'm always fucking tired.
In real life it would have been a chemist.  I was great at chemistry but the .com era began so I switched focus from chemistry to computer science.  Sure the money has been great but I rarely enjoy the work I do.

I want to own my own restaurant and I want it before I'm 40. I have started a degree in Culinary arts part time in college and then I will do restaurant management as I don't want to go into the industry ignorant

Nothing you do in study will make the remotest difference to your future success as a restaurateur
Save yourself the aggro and just set up your restaurant from the get go.

I plan on starting it from scratch. My current businesses are going very well but the long term goal is a quality restaurant which my city could do with.

what kinda restaurant will it be and where? my suggestion to you would be to open a bar/style restaurant, better still a night club with restaurant in it.
there is more money in drink thank food unless you are very exclusive and charge high premiums.

Best job would be to be paid a regular wage for doing fuck all.
Realistically my ideal job I had, back when I was a builder working for myself back when times were good (pre recession, lots of work, could put decent prices in and pick your jobs), I loved it, always worked in a squad of 3, one was one of my best mates, the other typically my dad or another friend, nobody to answer too, cups of tea and bacon sandwiches free all day, great laughs all day, sometimes worked at hot women's houses. The Instant respect garnered by being a buisness owner ect ect it was a fucking dream till times turned hard
