question: Dex took a whole year off to prepare for this show.
Has he improved?
Or does he look the same as he always does? (which isn't necesarily a bad thing of course, but often when people take lots of time to prepare they show up looking better than they used to)

actually that was written in the sky that he would look the same.
in his article in md he said he didn't train that much and didn't try to gain weight
