My resting heart rate is always 108-118
« on: September 27, 2015, 01:51:18 PM »
First of all, sorry for spamming the board with questions. I got a lot to ask.

My resting pulse is always at 108-118 somewhere between that. Has anyone been having this proplem ? i Have been like this for at least year now. Is this the cause of AAS use or something else... Im going to a Doctor next week, im just curious if anyone regonize this?

That's pretty high. I'm 250/260lbs and my resting rate is 58/60. Once it was 120, but only for half an hour, after drinking a bottle of red wine.
To support my bodybuilding I do 4 HIT cardio session e.w and i run for 40/50 min on saturday.

Yours is 108/118 for a year now ? I would have checked a doctor before.

Do more cardio, check your diet, lower salt, take potassium for water retention, magnesium to relax, check your bp, what kind of aas are you using ?

I almost never do cardio, my workout are very fast phase workouts, I superset a lot en I only do high rep with little as 15-30sek rest between. My BP seems to be in the normal range

in December I thought I was dying, at one night I woke up and I was sweating like I was in shower, I couldn't stop puke and I lost all my energy. Couldn't even walk. My gf had to help me. The doctor said I had to high potassium in my body, it was deadly. Do I don't think so it's the potassium or low salt.

I'm currently using :
Trestolone acetate 75mg ED
Test prop                  50mg ED
dbol(45mgtablets)  90mg ED
Arimidex                     2 mg EOD

So in December you almost died, and 9 month later you're still on juice, tren ace and huge amount of dbol e.d.

In fact you need a mental evaluation more than a regular doctor.

Test is known to raise resting pulse and anything acetate can cause tachycardia to a degree...You will see lots of rapid heart beats with crappy Dbol as well (yours is probably crappy)...Start process of elimination..I would get a blood test as well...Take dbol out and see what it is then...

I been off twice. I'm pretty sure it's not the roids fault that my potassium level went of the grid. Maybe My bad diet was. I'm not sure. I was eating up to 12 eggs a day wich is not healty. But

This isnt normal. Mine is like 80, maybe 70 on a good day. Even on clen its rarely above 100.
Definitly the gear plays a role. Do some cardio, clean up your diet and try to drop your dosage, i know its easier said than done but i wouldnt gamble with my health if i was you.

Also high potassium = fucked up heart rate

so also try to see what going on with your minerals levels...

eggs are not unhealthy  ::) a shit diet is most likely the culprit though

youre on a SHITLOAD of aromatizing compounds and probably waterlogged like crazy and then youre wondering why your resting heart rate is high?
oh brother

hyperthyroidism also doesnt give these numbers... when im on t3 (even a shitload, amounts you could never get close to with "natural hyperthyroidism") it goes up 5-10 points vs normal

You think it's the diet because you want a reassuring answer !

Too much potassium is a disease with a name, it's hyperkaliemia. And it's a serious condition, because it affects the heart.

The cause are various : kidney failure (the worst), and other cause such medication, and even excess of training. (wikipedia)

Honestly, walk away from trouble and stop roid.

You'll realise how the whole game is ridiculous the day the doctor will tell you a very bad news. Suddenly you'll realise bbing is a weird underground culture.

No they are not, but 12 eggs with the red daily is ! I'm not always on gear. I have been taking 2 off times for the past several months and I'm going to take a break after 2 weeks now. My past cycles have been test and npp or test and tren and try don't aromatize to estro, except for the test.

I have been on and off on steroids for little less then 5 years now and I have never had this problem before. Just wondering what could it be... Most likely it is the steroids, but I'm not the sure.

I will tell you what the doctor said and how my heart rate will go after I take a break.

that dose of arimidex is ridiculous imo, guys i know taking grams of shit and competing don't even need to go over 1mg a day running it into a show.

Agree. Its a lot about genetic predisposition to certain health problems combined with hormone intake.

If you play it smart and check blood constantly one should be able to avoid the bad news or atleast have some time to react.

You need to see a Doctor ASAP.

That is not healthy.

I'd like to know what your diet looks like to be hyperkalemic.  I suffer from Hypokalemic Periodic Paralysis and have a very broad knowledge of how Potassium works in the body.

If you were critical on Potassium, there must be a reason.  I'm curious what there rest of your values are at?

Also, drop the Adex to 0.5mg EOD.

Drop the dbol completely. Cut all else in half if you don't want to drop everything. Often it's "just" anxiety but before you know it and get it under control you don't want to play with your life. I weigh a ton but check everything often and never mega dose anything. Your 45mg dbol might be much stronger than that. If i go over 20mg these days i get headaches even though my blood pressure is normal.

my buddy had a resting rate at 120 got bloods, cholesterol was fine etc, he was running so shitty fat burner with niacin nicotine caeffine, they guy is a red meat and bacon junkie, after he went of the shitty fat burner it returned to normal took a few wks to get back to normal.

found that to be very odd, possibly genetics

My second cycle was 800mg of test/wk (first one was 500mg/wk) and I found for the first couple weeks my heart rate was crazy high. This didn't happen with my first cycle. It evened out eventually though. I was expecting test flu or perhaps just a sluggish feeling for the first couple weeks, instead I was wired like a jack-rabbit. Doing cardio was weird, I'd do LISS and end up sweating buckets within the first 10mins.
