That thursday I insulined up pretty hard so take that into account I use insulin every max out day big amounts too never daily though my cycle is what I posted but that night I insulined up and popped anadrol on top of the HGH and T4 I also took a 3CC shot of winstrol. This is not my cycle just what I do every week or 10 days on  a max out day

I'm on 2 IU of HGH and T4. thats nothing

This is absurd... Honestly. Any of us who've been around lifting know that a 500lb bench is relatively rare... Especially raw... From a virtual midget it's just not possible.

Do you think he means both arms combined? No, that would take the ability of addition. A concept his mind couldn't comprehend. This could also explain how he thinks he can bench 500.

I've found over the years that if someone's reported max bench ends in *00 or is an increment of 45-lb plates (e.g. 225, 315, 405), they are not only lying but also greatly exaggerating their strength, in almost every case.
