Coach can't seem to grasp that "women" is plural for "woman".. Yet you don't see him typing "he's a men".

However, does anyone really think we'll see a politician of such prominence go to prison?

You and Lurker....is this Alinski rule 4 or 4a?

Investigation is loooong over with and Hillary won't be charged with anything.  She was not an elected official but a government employee and like other employees, they sometimes work from home.  You can't charge someone for something that wasn't illegal. ::)

What the fuck?! Are you insane!? Downloading content classified as TS/SCI over an insecure network, using equipment not explicitly rated for TS/SCI, and storing such content on personal servers isn't illegal? This is "Clearance 101" stuff...

And the using a personal e-mail account to conduct official government business? That's not illegal? Really?!

I actually don't think it was at the time.

It is definitely illegal now, but I do not believe at the time it was.

You are referring to the "personal e-mail for government business" thing, I take it.

You and Lurker....is this Alinski rule 4 or 4a?

RULE 4: “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.” If the rule is that every letter gets a reply, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all of their own rules. (This is a serious rule. The besieged entity’s very credibility and reputation is at stake, because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its

Exactly.  Despite doing this every single time in the past, his dumb ass simply can't grasp the difference.  If you can't understand 3rd grade English, you can't have any of your other rants taken seriously.

Just out of personal curiosity, have you ever read "Rules for Radicals" or are you just repeating something you heard on talk radio?

i listen to rush and hannity daily, and beck when i can.

they talk about alinsky all the time.  And they call out republicans like Boehnner all the time for doing EXACTLY that - borrowing $ on a friday to start a was on saturday... so they can win on sunday, and be punished on monday - and doing it even though they know the outcome.

That's what they did on this budget, obamacare and more.  They helped it thru, they win the benefits and borrow for it, KNOWING FULL WELL their party will punish them out for it by voting them out (cantor, etc).

http://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2013/11/the_alinsky_republicans.html

Read about it.  Alinsky republicans all the way.  I have to laugh when I hear people dropping alinsky all the time because they hear rush say it.  If they actually LISTENED to Rush, they'd know he ALSO calls out REPUBLICANS all the time for using Alinsky.

Read that link - it's a VERY conservative site that truly details how the mainstream republicans use Alinsky all the time, against dems AND the tea party.  Yet everyone is lined up to vote for hilary's wedding buddy, or the dude who wasn't a registered republican 51 weeks ago.   *confused*

Wouldn't matter if he actually did read it.  He doesn't possess the necessary brain wattage to comprehend what he reads anyway.

Actually, it isn't illegal to use a personal email server to do official government business....its just not a good idea.  She did the same thing that her predecessors used Condi, Powell, etc.  Hillary had sensitive material because she had proper security clearance.  She can't be impeached because she was a government employee.  She could be censored but it would be seen as another political stunt.....not to mention that pointing fingers at Hillary would lead to fingers pointing right back

It can be investigated till the cows come home but the bottom line is that unless she was intentionally passing top secret information to somewhere like Korea or so, there's nothing else to it.   The American people don't give a shit about Hillary's email anymore....just the GOP.

It is illegal if the documents on said server are supposed to on a SIPR machine. She won't go to jail because of who she is but anyone with any legit military or defense background knows that it was not legal.

It wasn't illegal at the time it happened, but would certainly be today: see the relevant NARA statutes after reading here.

Even if not explicitly illegal, using her personal e-mail was certainly against State Department policy, violations of which would have subjected others to - at a minimum - a disciplinary hearing and likely termination.

As for your assertion that she didn't mishandle classified information, I'll be blunt: you don't know what you're talking about. What you're saying is simply bogus. I can't just download classified information that I have access to on an insecure machine. That's mishandling of classified information and it's illegal. Hell, you're supposed to handle "sensitive" information with more care than Clinton handled "top secret" information.

Bill clinton was a myth, he had decent economy only because huge new free market the internet bloomed during his time.   He caused 2008 by threatening mortgage copanies and pumped fannie freddy and fed.    Reagan had much better economy despite Krugmans revisionist history bs.

No she didn't.  Colin Powell did not run classified intel off his home computer.

Because he would have been the subject of an FBI investigation, just like Hillary.  And he's too smart to do something so blatantly illegal.  There aren't even any allegations that he did so.

That is ridiculous logic.

That's like saying that people don't speed because they never got a speeding ticket.

Nonsense.

Well thanks for clearing that up.   ::)

What evidence do you have that Colin Powell ran classified intel off his home computer?
