Me, I just want to triple all punishments for all crimes, and that includes pricks that drive 65 in a 45 because they always get away with it.

Law abiding people are more productive.  Then you take all the new prisoners and use them to build up the USA infrastructure.

1.  Eliminate the income tax and replace it with a sales tax.  Or go to a flat tax that reduces IRS filings to one page.  

2.  Significantly reduce or eliminate the control money has over the political system.  

3.  Do something to reduce traffic.    

4.  Eliminate the anchor baby practice.

Decriminalize Pot....but no  legal loopholes for failed tests for business/industry that does not allow it.
Enlarge Customs/Border patrol and defend the borders - walls/electronic whatever
Cut foreign aide and relook spending
Cut Dept of Ed - back to states\
Cut back IRS - simplify tax code
2nd Amend right to carry - national cert standard to be enforced as the states do now with certifications.
Drop mandatory minimums.
DECLASSIFY STERIODS - this is getbig for fucks sake. HGH and DBOL for everybody
Relook legal immigration - 3/5 year no immigration from Middle East and Latin America unless case by case through Embassies.
Drill baby drill
Triple Nuke energy plants
Clean coal support to get states like Kentucky working again
Slash EPA budget and get them back to what they used to do
Re look tort reform  to lower heath care costs
Re look social security to ensure solvency
Drop payroll tax as part or IRS shake up and Tax reform

Military:

14 active carrier fleet with 2 in refit at any one time- total 16
Enlarge sub force and force modernization of surface fleet
purchase a number of off the shelf foreign small top carriers to support the Marines - dig around the net, this is a valid proposal
Enlarge the Marines by 1 division
Enlarge the US Army by 15 BDE combat teams over 10 years
Enlarge the US Airforce refuel and trans capability
Shitcan the F-35 and go back to the one thing really well design model like the F-16


That's just off the top of my head. I'd also issue a shit ton of secret presidential findings/memos and actions that allow JSOC and our Intelligence services to do what they hell they need to overseas. I'd work hard to have a system in place to ensure domestic intel ops were above board.

Can never happen.   Poor and middle class ALREADY spend everything they make.  Rich already spend exactly what they want.  All that happens when you raise sales tax to 20% is that the poor lose a big chunk of their spending power (as they have a fixed spending amount) and the wealthy continue to just get what they want.

I guess I have to ask - which successful modern countries have eliminated the tax, sticking with sales tax only, and been successful?
