Thats great to see, drugs or not, good for him, look at the general population in there 50s and 60s most are on medication or multi medications without any sort of physique just do to age.

Also the general public is so fixated on age . The average person thinks that only guys in there 20s and early 30s can look decent. ( general public is full of morons)
