can anyone post or even better make an imagae for me to copy, proint out and get it pasted onto a t shirt. can u post it here as large as possible. some thing similar to the getbig man or 300 bench club thing or just summat cool in general. thanks

thanks mate. even if i only add a measley 10lb a year to my squat for the next 20 years ill still be squatting well over 400lbs. not too shabby. tho totally realistic ill be squatting close to 400lbs by end of this year
