Strengh when dieting

Its a wonder! I been sick and not eating much carbs for the whole week going on 2 now :( and I went to the gym the other day and lifted pretty much the same amount of weight I usually do.. Why do people think that you cannot gain strengh/mass while dieting is beyond me.
just push some weight!

The most obvious explanation is you are delusional from lacking carbs that you only THINK you lifted as much as you did last time but you really didn't.

Get it?

Sort of like when you're laying in your bed sleeping and you have to piss and you dream you went to the toilet and pissed but you really didn't and then you wake up and still have to piss.

Hahahaha, yes, Alexxx is a bedwetter and a douche.

Well at least I don't have an idol that wears wigs, fake make-up and women's clothes (which are 2 sizes too small by the way)!

Whether you're prepping or building, you're on a diet. What you eat is your diet. You could have a diet of junk food, it's still a diet.
