Yes you can sue someone else if they are using your name in their business only if you have the name trademarked, or copyrighted.
For example, Microsoft sued a teenager in USA; for his own personal website that had his name as the websites address, but when you sounded it out it sounded exactly like Microsoft. The dude's name was Mike crowsoft or something along those lines. In the end the dude had to close down his website because of it. This happened back a good ten years or so ago. I'm sure you can find it on google some where.
Same thing with StarBucks Coffee, some Canada native town Coffee up north in B.C. had bucks in its name and was sued by StarBucks for it.
