Hey guys,just run out of mazimuscle whey protein, gna get more in week or so, but i take it after workout and before bed, also wanting to drink homemade shake throughout the day.
Any good recipes.
Mixing about 6 litres of milk up for the whole day. with 2 or maybe 4 eggs, milk powder, greek yogurt and mayb flavouring e.g. bannana.

What u think????

protien powder with an egg or two and vanilla!
tastes like cake batter  :D
and eat the banana for a snack...lord knows smooth banana chunks taste like boogers...fuck'n ew  :-\

 I think im gonna try use the recipe i wrote down, drink about 3 pints throughout the day each day, and after a while up that to 6 pints a day. I will also b having two whey protein shakes aswell, one after training and one before bed+about 5 food meals wach day????

sounds like you may have to hit the bathroom quite a bit more!?! haha...i donno man if it helps you get your daily calories and protein that you personally need on a daily basis, i say do whatever it takes!

Haha ur right i think i will+about 2 litres of water aswell.
Thats my thinking, i need alot protein etc to grow, and at the mo 5 meals is alot (though after time il up helping sizes etc), and adding this homemade drink for throughout the day+whey shakes i think i can get the amount i need +more to help keep feeding sytem and keep growing.
