But something that people forget is.... When you seek to aim size for bb'ing it's not about what doing what you feel like doing to get there. So saying "doing what my body is telling me" is really showing lack of motivation/dicipline.

Not that I should talk but at least I realize what's holding me back not deluding myself to fads as I see so many doing.

Not so true.  When jacked on gear, HGH and Insulin those 5 meals are essential, but no gear then yes I agree with you

Strictly natural.

Trying to eat like a huge bodybuilder while natural and on a normal everyday lifting routine = fat and problems

The " fraud" here is referring to what the natural gymgoer reads on forums, bb.com and fitness articles etc

I have a friend like you. He is OCD about food and it is spiraling out of control.  He practically centers his life around food, and he gets upset/angry/pissy if he doesn't hit his macros, misses a meal, whatever.
His wife is seriously considering leaving him. She asks to go out to dinner, go for a drink, ANYTHING, but he usually refuses unless the meal is planned days in advance. This food obsession is starting to affect other areas of their relationship as well, most notably their sex life. She just wants a MAN, not a pussy.

I see a lot of you in him.

And you will both die alone.

You seem to put a lot of importance on being in a relationship?

It actually matters a lot. Just by doing IF by leangains method (it's a semi-IF, too short for real autophagy to kick in but enough to increase insulin sensitivity/etc..) I've changed my body composition significantly, no more bloat and a lot less morning lethargy after eating breakfast (I postpone it to 2pm), all that by eating the same food, the same amount.
I don't believe a word of that at all.

It makes ZERO difference.

Yeah... except that it is not about beliefs. Martin has had presented lots of scientific basis for why that works. Calorie is NOT a calorie, it never was, if we talk bodybuilding/body composition.

Yes, of course. Nothing changed except my eating habbits tho', and the change was profound, not just in composition, but in how I feel dayly. At the very least - it's a way better method of eating than a traditional "bbing six meals per day".

I like it eating 2 or maybe 3 times a day in a short period of time. You get to eat much more in one sitting and can actually feel full from this kind of eating. As opposed to eating 6 to 7 meals a day where you're eating like a bird and feel you always have to be eating something. Nothing better than to not have to think about food for large chunks of your waking hours...

That's a shame. Dude has put in a tremendous work and fukkin copy cats stole it from him. Wasn't good enough at converting his popularity to money.

If you are only interested in your pure body weight - yes. If you are a bodybuilder - it goes far beyond that. If you are someone who wants better health on the long run - it's even more different.

He retired? I remember checking out his site over a year ago when it was referenced in another article. It he site down now or just not maintained.

BTW, how did he make a lot of money? The site didn't seem to have a lot of followers and I don't think he was very well know with the mainstream.

As long as you get your macros doesn't matter. Mine ends up being around 10-12 hours apart or 16 hour fast- 8 hour eating window. Just depends on the day and schedule.
