been doing hi volume instinctual pump style work outs pretty much in this lay out for the week. my biceps and chest need help so im throwing bro science out the window...this shit is actually working. 3 weeks in and my chest has noticeably come up

keep in mind im not doing heavy ass movements. lots of machines, 12-15 reps sets of 4 on most, some supersets. take time off or go light or skip a bp if needed.
