My diet for cutting this year is going to probably look something like this:

300-350 grams of protein a day
carbs starting at 400 grams lowering 20-50 grams every 2 weeks or so.
every 10 days-400 grams of carbs
Probably no cardio. Maybe throw it in there last couple of weeks or so.
Fat will come from all lean sources and some nuts.

I have done carb cycling and think it is shitty for me. I think this approach will have me eating the max possible so I can retain all of my muscle.

You would expect to see some blocking from jpeg compression at that res. Unfortunately its inconclusive. I have not studied the codec but using repeating blocks sounds like a great way to compress an image so it probably is the way it works. Certainly when you see things like smoke/rain/snow on mpeg compression you will see blocking.

Yeah, I am not sure what to think. I am in support of Team Adonis' efforts, and if I didn't bring it up, someone would.

I'm hoping a few questions would lead to him taking a front and back double bicep shot, so we could see what a true natural who eats like that is capable of. The repeated flattering poses of arm pressed against body is not a good way to prove a claim of 'approaching' 20 inches.

Front double biceps might not be as flattering, but would certainly prove his point to the world as to the power of the Natural.

yep 40 pounds of muscle is true. lean body weight went from 106 to 157 so that's about 50 LBW pounds. anyone who posts that picture of mine again should also post the before picture; i looked like i had terminal cancer before i started training. i told adonis to do a better pose or whatever because if his arms are getting close to 20 he should show them better. as for me i stood like that because it's the same way i was standing in the before picture. I'm losing fat now. I'm down one pound or two and about a half inch in waist. I'll post picture again when i get to 7-8% bodyfat. that sarcasm hoax pic thread was taken over by the discussion of me. this one is about adonis. it's pointless to argue about me again or my claims here. anyway that thread was merged with the squad thread. For those who didn't see here's my before and after pics. i never said i look good or better than anyone it's just my progress pics, i think everyone should measure their progress to see how they're doing even if they're still far from their goal.
