Gustavo only won because Branch wasn't at his best. Branch SMOKED the Freakin' Rican at the AC, and he lost his conditioning abit, that was the only way Gustavo won. He sucks pretty bad in my eyes, and winning a second tier show like the San Francisco is no mean feat.

He has nothing to brag about, he's going downhill, the Arnold Classic proved this, his gut his huge, his calves tiny and puny, and his hams soft

Trust me homies, he's going downhill. He won't place top 6 at the O, and I told you all he was gonna lose the AC, and he did. Mark my words, the Freakin Rican, more like the Freakin' Joke, is going down hill from here

Whew! Must have lost some money M1. Did you bet one Gustavo on losing the SF Pro too? If you did I can see why you're mad. I actually like Badell. He at least adds controversy to an other wise boring sport. He has an arrogance about him, but unlike Kamali he backs ups his SH*T! Anyway I 'd like to see how he does later this year. And as for the gut thing, c'mon Ronnie and Jay have larger guts than Gustavo and though hams were soft he still sports one of the best physiques today. Lighten up or hate 'em more!

yes he has a good bod, but he's too arrogant for my liking. He was banging the floor and shouting out in every pose, he was so arrogant that I heard he lost alot of fans that day in SF because of it

Did you watch the video? Gustavo has a pretty gross gut that sticks out bad when he breathes. However FLEX Online showed the flattering pics, as they have their own agenda.

The IFBB is trying to keep the top row happy so they don't defect to PDI. We're splitting hairs here comparing the physiques of Branch, Gustavo, Dexter, Melvin, Victor, ect., on a good day, a bad day or considering what other factors might cause an infintesimal percentage difference one way or another in their condition. The top three at each of the last three pro shows could have had their order rearranged in any combination and there would be no more, or no less, debate about it as ther is today withthe current results. Dexter's suspect win this year kind'a makes you think that Dexter can come into next year's ASC at 185 and they'll probably give it to him again. Dexter will be to the ASC what Ronnie is to the O. That will keep Dexter drawing for the IFBB in Columbus. To keep the other guys happy, the IFBB will spread the rest of the smaller shows around so the top guys the IFBB want's to keep around have a lock on at least one pro title a year to keep their stock up. The more top names the IFBB keeps happy the more likely they will stick around. So far the top spots have been pretty well distributed among the top drawing pros.
