He's awesome, at the end he talks about doing all different sorts of sport.. ie. climbing, running, swimming, etc. and how benificial it is to your body, also the importance of cooling down and stretching out after training.

p.s I don't see Ronnie doing squats like that

They are training for different things and it not fair to compare. Mariusz is one strong dude but so in Ronnie in different ways and at different things.

Ronnie is a bodybuilder and his goal is to maximize his body growth not necessarily being the strongest. And thus his goals are to not the same as Maruisz.

While Mariusz is looking to build muscle that will be help him be "actively strong" by that I mean (move at a good speed while carrying as much weight as possible). There is no way that Ronnie would keep up with him in anything involving speed ecause that is not what he is training for.

You guys know this stuff even better than I do. You are just starting some Fire.

But they are both squatting and Mr. Pudzianowski is best at it. I do admire Ronnie just as much as Pudzianowski, just saying his squats are better.

Who was that girl he was stretching with? She's hot.

I saw him compete at the Arnold and he didn't do as good as I thought he would. He rips the World's Strongest Man competition up but he didn't do that great at the Arnold. Either way he is way stronger than I could ever be and he would cave my skull in if he hit me in the head.

This guy is not ugly and he is very well educated. News for you girly, women like men who take pride in themselves and look after themselves not some guy who is limp and lank like most of u can only get. Keep me my muscle ox and bull anyday

Charm, great physique, athletic-a pro.

Squats are as impressive as Ron's, no way to compare they're training for different purposes.

Interestingly, he does CABLE curls for his biceps.

He must enjoy doing some bb lifts + want to look ~ bb, instead of just being big + strong like his competitors.

That guy is a machine, and built very well, he trains like an athlete for explosive power and speed with great strength to match. Can hardly compare to what Coleman does. But at strongman events he always poses with his shirt off gets annoying.

Like Mariusz really does it to appeal to women.... Not that he doesn't probably get alot of attention from women because of who he is, But he doesn't do what he does for the purpose of appealing to women. Some people are so stupid they believe that bodybuilders or strongmen do what they do to appeal to women. If he wanted to appeal to women he would of stopped 10 years ago.

At first glance he looks good, but I wonder how his lateral movement would be on field. Brock lestner was an all american in wrestling and had the size to play o-line, but was cut by the Vikings because he didn't have the footwork.

Ronnie would never be able to keep up with Mariusz in a workout. Not that Ronnie can't throw around the big weights like Mariusz does, because we know Ronnie can, but he simply wouldn't have the cardiovascular endurance Mariusz has. But again, they train for two different things so you can't really compare them.
