trevor smith's beyond failure training

i read a little about trevor's BFT a while back.  I know he has passed on, but is there any other info out there i can read?

it's a dumb training method that will leave you overtrained after one workout, just train normally and eat good and you'll be fine.

I have been applying his training techniques over the past few weeks.  It is very intense and tough.  It does make you sore, but isn't that the point.   Overtraining is doing too many workouts in close proximity not too much in one workout.

i didnt mean train all day long.  i know you should be in and out in less than an hour and a half.  i just dont see how BFT is overtraining if done in that short time span?
