"Marvin's history must have struck a nerve. The biggest travesty of all concerning Marvin is that Colorado does have the death penalty on it's books, but even a real life monster like Marvin apparently cant get it. Like I said in the "BJJ in Prison" thread, he's said that he doesn't want to spend the rest of his life in isolation, so he plans to kill a CO or Deputy. He thinks that this would get him the death penalty. At his last murder trial (earlier this year, or maybe late last year) he was calling the Judge a "fag" and doing everything he could to piss him off, in hopes of getting the death sentence. No luck. He snapped that guy's neck, which he's said in my presence many times is his favorite method to kill. Like I said in the other thread, he claims to have killed something like 24 people, but he wont offer names or anything, because "it's your job to figure that out." He told this story where he was hitchiking, and this couple picked him up. They had a baby in the car seat in the back. Marvin said that he asked them to pull over so he could piss, then he snapped the man and woman's necks. We asked him "What about the baby?" He said "I aint a fucking animal! I left the kid be." Tells you how skewed his thinking is huh?
He killed that other inmate with a body blow. And like I mentioned in the other thread, he knocked my coworker back a good six feet when he rushed him. Jim is about 270lbs (solid) a 6 time National SuperHeavyweight Judo champion, Olympic alternate (twice) and fought in ADCC (98). Most of us would've been knocked into the opposite wall, or out cold on our asses by that rush. There isn't a martial art on earth that fully prepares you for a strong, determined psychotic, murderer like him. Thank God there aren't too many like him roaming the earth."
