Your back has got a bunch more muscle than your chest. You can't make an easy comparisment.

But I have to say that your stats are a little bit distorted. Do you do any kind of basic dips?

Hard to say if your a pusher or puller because the weights are somewhat moderate at this point in your training. Once beginning to use heavier weights, it will become clearer. The rare people who have about equal balance of push/pull become the champion lifters, so maybe you do have that advantage. A lot of guy's will devide their workouts to do pull or press only, alternating them each workout. That's not always as easy as it might seem. Good Luck.

I do weighted dips twice a week. Monday for Tris, Fridays for Chest. Tricep Dips I just got 2 plates for 5, and on Chest Dips I got my bodyweight plus 80lbs x 5. This week hopefully I can get two plates on chest dips as well.

May I ask what do you mean when you say my stats are a bit distorted?

If you can do that much on dips I'd say you were more of a pusher, but who am I to say. It seems pretty even just slightly leaning towards pusher.

Congrats on the two plates on dips by the way.

Do a deadlift, then do a free weight barbell bench press and then ask us.

I dont think that'd be too accurate. Wed have to give him a few weeks to get the form and technique down on both. It says he does Flat DB Presses, that should be plenty. As for as deadlifts I'm with you there, I think he forgot to list it though.

I dont deadlift frequently at all, I should really deadlift much more. A year ago I severely strained my back though and have been kinda skeptical to go heavy. The most I've done recently was 200lbs for 20 reps. When I do deadlift, I deadlift light and usually dont change the weight. I'll do a warm up with the bar, then with 135, throw 200 even on there and do 3-4 sets of 20.

I should probably do hyperextensions more, my lower back is rarely trained.

it depends on how one is proportioned. 5'10 and 165 can look very pleasing, just not bulky.

My mistake,
I thougt you pressed 75/65lb, but you (hopefully) mean the weight of a single dumbell.

75s on FLAT DB Press, for chest. Then 65lbs for 90 Degree Seated DB Press for Delts

Tonight, with help getting them up..I got the 70s on Seated DB Press for 5, so I was pretty happy about that. That almost evens out my flat db press and seated db press, does that help any?

Looks like you don't know how to bench bodybuilding-style and use way too much front delts and triceps.
