Once Again: What pisses you off

In a gym?

Here's my number one:  When some douche interrupts you so you can do upright rows over his chest, aka spot his massive 225 bench that he can't seem to do.  This prick couldn't get one, and he was like "Keep going".  Guess what folks, if you don't have a training partner, don't ask other people for spots.

Number two:  Stolen from Croatch - the Prick that does his reps infront of the fucking dumbbell rack.  Thanks tough guy.  I hope you do rows next, and actually rest on the rack.

I hate those fags that complain about things like music, the TV.  Things I didn't even know were in a gym. Shut up already and workout.  Watch TV at home, bring a walkman if you can't do your set to the "I'm talkin' about the doorbell baby" song.

using the squat rack for curls especialy when there is only one squat rack in the gym

I hate fucking gyms i am not a sociable person and had an altercation with someone stealing my machine while getting a drink i have not trained for 5 months until my own gym is complete.

i disagree here. asking for a spot is perfectly reasonable.
its how you go about it that matters.
obviously you dont bother anyone during a set. i sometimes ask for a spot on my last set of bench presses, but its only a precaution, i prefer they dont even touch the bar unless i cant get it back up again. it is the safe thing to do and if done correctly only an asshole would refuse.

no you stupid fuck, the way to gain strength is to push beyond what you can do easily. its not like i put way too much weight on there and have someone lift it for me,
THE PERSON DOESNT EVEN TOUCH THE BAR except in the rare occasion when i try for one more rep and cant get it back up, and this is only on the last set, as a precaution, so that if i cannot push it back up(its happened to us all before) i wont DIE.

Weed...You are correct about what you said about doing an upright row...That is lame,if they can't even come close and are trying anyway...but there is  NOTHING  wrong with the scenario JOHN MATRIX described.If you are only using weight that you can do easily without the fear of needing a spot,then you are not working hard enough. No wonder why you photoshopped your pic and tried to post it and  pass it off as real...You obviously don't know any more about building muscle than you do about veins and arteries....LMFAO...WEED OUTHEWEAK is a joke.

your abs and legs and onto the floor without anybodies help. That's how I always
do it - I also never do decline press.
