Don't sugarcoat it or you'll eat that too. He's already doing damage control because they know that he's going to be the next president of the United States.
today, trump pissed off the base by saying he wants to tax the top 1% MORE... after promising to reduce them 14.6%.
Today, trump pissed of the libs by saying he's still planning to deport 4% of the US population.

What is he doing?  He's trying to give hilary the white house.  Plain and simple.

Pretty big list of repubs who have said they won't support/endorse Trump for president.   Includes both bushes, romney, etc.

Whomever is sitting in the office of the POTUS, will follow the script just like every other President since Kennedy. It's time you people wake up smell the Coffee.  "They" already know who the President will be.  They're just selling it you.  If you can't see that by now, you're not very smart.

Incorrect use of ”whomever” ::)

The Birther Vote.

in 2010, 44% of repubs didn't believe Obama was born in the USA.
in 2012, Trump made himself their voice.
In 2016, Trump won with.... guess what.... 40% of the votes (and it'll be 43 or 44% after the last few states).

Trump won because he's the birther in the race.  He'll end up with about 44% of repubs' votes, and not coincidentally, about 44% of repubs think obama was born in Kenya.  He branded himself for 6 years as THE birther leader, and he won the nomination because of it.

You couldn't lie straight in bed.

He's just proving that people are idiots. People hear crap about deporting that 4% and think it's a good start. They don't realize that's Trump saying we would simply be following the law Obama put in place but intentionally underfunded.

Neither is good but I still dislike Hillary more.

imagine 11 million people being removed by police from their homes, all over the USA>

They're all shipped over the border to massive, unpoliced "border towns" right on the other side of this massive wall.   no police, no electricity, no running water.  Just people raping and killing each other, resorting to cannibalism and tweeting it.  These "wall cities" would be the closest thing to the Walking Dead lawlessness that we'd ever see in our lifetimes.  Families arriving with a change of clothes and a "good luck!" and being ejected into the desert.

Imagine the massive global coverage of it.  imagine all of the possible side effects.  Disease, whore houses, crime.  imagine people just plain blowing up/burning the wall, or building a 31-foot ladder to defeat a 30 foot wall.  No water, no utilities... nobody to even bury the dead.

11 million people require a LOT of resources that won't be there.  Imagine when all that boils over.

I don't think many Trump "wall supporters" have thought about the look, the smell, the violence... 11 million Americans ejected into the desert to die, basically.  I bet a few of them would rather shoot it out on US soil than go to one of those hell cities.   One hole in that wall, and millions of starving, desperate people flood into american cities.   Border patrol firing on starving americans trying to get back in.   Imagine the mess it'd be.

Will never happen.  And you probably know it too.

@ 240,

There isn't enough money to deport 11 Million illegals and no one is going to commit political suicide through changing DAPA (sp?) or denying citizenship to children of illegals or removing the fast track for Cubans.

It's people's unwillingness to admit that immigration is taking away jobs and opportunity away from American citizens, is the issue. Places  sponsoring visas in situations where a citizen can fill that position should pay a fine, for example.

Democracy died when the big money elite realized they can just buy the election.  The whole voting process is a farce and waste of time.

If Trump was smart he'd go with a diverse cabinet of people from all over.  It would actually please a lot of people.  If he decides to go all NY Goombas then I don't see him lasting 4 years.

yet Obama lasted 8 years in, what would be believed, a widely racist nation.

Trump said wed PM that he still plans on deporting 11 million amercans.

where do they go?  They cannot be absorbed into mexican cities.   They'll be in tent cities right against the border wall.

Now, I think the idea is completely impossible... but MANY people think it'll really happen.  THey should imagine what that actually looks like.

LOL!   not in this information age.  tweets and helicopter views of the tent cities.  the violence would be nuts.  just getting them out of the country would be a disaster.

of course, it's completely unrealistic.  Trump says many unrealistic things, daily.
