The Roelly Trolley Problem (a variation of Phillipa Foot's 'tram' example in "The Problem of Abortion and the Doctrine of the Double Effect," Oxford Review, 1967.

You are at a train yard and see a trolley with Roelly on its roof speeding down the tracks. It's out of control, as is Roelly's gut. You also notice that on the same tracks, and in front of the Roelly trolley, are the owners of Blackstone Labs, 5% Nutrition, and Genova doing community time work on the tracks and not aware that the Roelly trolley is heading straight toward them (group A). You are standing far away from the tracks, but are right next to a lever. If you pull this lever, the Roelly trolley will switch to a different set of tracks. However, you also notice that Tbombz, Shizzo, and Uncle Junior on that other track looking for hobo trannies (group B). You have to make a decision that leaves only two choices: (i) You don't do anything, the Roelly trolley continues straight ahead, and it will kill group A on the main track; (ii) You pull the lever, divert the Roelly trolley onto the other track, where it will kill group B.
