Nothing heals shoulder issues apart from cortisone, physio and or surgery..... Usualy in most cases one of your shoulders gets pulled forward out of line, causes impingement in your shoulder and is fixed with a few weeks physio and corrective exercises .

Your a young lad, figure out what exercises dont fit your body and drop them for good, and youl have healthy joints for years to come

Last 8 weeks I can't do flat barbell bench, military press, shoulder press, bent over rows due to lifting imjury. Messed my shoulder up during bench and for the last 2 months I can't even bench 135 without a pain shooting in my shoulder but I can do dumbbell bench just fine. Messed my lower back up lifting 120's for shrugs and using my back to lift the Dumbbells sent a sharp pain up my lower back and for the next 10-12 weeks I still
Have trouble getting out of bed and bending down to tie my shoe is almost impossible. I can tie my shoes and get out of bed easier now but I have a sharp pain that seems to have transferred from my lower back to my
Right glute and feels like my nerves are getting ripped apart all the way down the side of my leg to me knee.

BPC and tb500 is supposed to work
however you cannot trust those pep companies so in most case you will get bunk shit or something with such a low level of purity it wont work

only thing you can trust is pharma GH

but more realisticly just go see a specialist

You are pretty fucked up.

Regarding rotator cuff, i had a partial tear on the right side. Even before the tear i had to inject a painkiller everytime it was chest or shoulder day.
Besides therapy, the only thing that allows me today to still work out is to do everything underhand grip; bench press, lats exercises also. Dumbell press with the palms facing each other, also on shoulder press movements. Never do front bar squats.
Plenty of videos on the net about the subject, basically training like this removes stress from the rotator cuff.

About the lower back, check a doctor ASAP, if it's a herniated disk it's wise to "repair" it as soon as possible.

Bro I went to the doctor when i was in my 20s in college i blasted the fuck out of my cuff during a football game. I recieved three cortison shots and some anti imflama pills. (honestly the cortison was all i needed)
I was in the gym about 80 percent back in a wk after the shots. there were a few exercises i had to stay away from for a few wks. skull crushers and flatbench, dips.

If you get cortisone shots remember it weakens tendons for a while Dorian Yates can back me up on that one.

A good chiro and/or PT can address both those issues
