no hypocritical behavior of any sort
good family man (has a family, w/kids preferrably, no divorces)
has a bright future
does not lie.

Never lied about it , never had to, I even refused the running of the NZFBB as to do so and impliment there drug testing policys would make me a hypocrit !!
