Seems everybody is giving me advice on my pics.

How about some of you post yours or at least tell me your stats.

I didn't reply originally.  I'm pretty average looking 6'2" and am dieted down to 205 from 224 earlier this year.  I haven't got any good pics where I'm not bloated.  But, here's one from around the first of the year at 224.

btw- something went wrong in this pic, I'm not usually so .... turtely.

6'6   457...

I dont really have money to bulk right now so im just eating one pop tart a day. My bench has gone way down. Before I was getting like 900 for 13 hard reps but now im only benching like 750 or so...

Ill prob by some no2 and creatine...Maybe even some the beast spray..I want to gain like 45 lbs this month.

Bench im glad to hear there are more people like myself out there. Last week when I wanted to gain 5 lbs of muscle in 1 day ( to impress the babes at the race track) I just took some no2 and the beast. I gained about 6 lbs of lean ripped beef in 2 hours. I was happy with my gains but i really felt my bodyfat of 3 percent was a little high so I did some sprints and got it down to 1.5.....
