Either way, it was not ONE off kilter debate - that debate was a culmination that validated every other example we seen over the last year, including Robert Hur's testimony of why they wouldn't pursue criminal charges in the documents case.

Why would they? 

Say what you will about the Biden debate spectacle, but Harris mopped the floor with Trump and showed him as a bumbling lying idiot.  Or would you just say that is "one off kilter debate?"

What in fact would be their reason to lie? How many examples have you seen over the past year? After One off kilter debate is not definitive.

After Robert Hur declined to prosecute President Biden in the documents cause, he said "The evidence does not establish guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.” He reasoned that “at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory.” In Hur’s view, “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him—by then a former president well into his eighties—of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.”  Meaning a future trial which would likely take place after Joe Biden was no longer President which at that time would have been when he was 89 years old.

Dementia is not something which happens all at once like flipping a light switch. Many if not most older folks have a gradual decrease in cognitive abilities which may eventually lead to dementia, or not. There are various causes of dementia, such as Alzheimer's and Lewy Body Dementia. Some progress more rapidly than others. Alzheimer's often takes a decade or more before someone has dementia. Lewy Body is somewhat more rapid.

Of course his admin would lie, to protect him, to protect their chances of winning, to protect their administration, their jobs, etc.

It wasn't one off kilter debate, he's shown multiple examples of cognitive decline.  So many to list.  Why do you keep saying it was one thing?
