Agree on the first sentence with this context - I don't think Trump did well here on a variety of things, but the majority of Biden's issues with it were self induced.

Trump is betting on growth.  If it happens, per CBO, it would reduce 4T in debt.  If it doesn't, debt will increase.

That's been the plan and my position is let's wait and see.
