You and whoever else "we” may be can discuss definition and meaning of socialism for an infinity. That does not change the fact that there are millions of people who disagree with your narrower definition of socialism. Ever heard the phrase "Perception is everything"? How folks perceive various situations has greater impact than the actual facts do.

BTW, you should note that I agreed with Grape Ape's comment that the government run social programs are not socialism in the classic or economic sense.

Here is what you claimed I said

The fact pattern was if you would answer some of my questions as you were refusing to participate in any back and forth, you did not so I stuck to my charge. Trying to frame it in any other way is a little disingenuous.

I did not claim he would cancel the mid terms, I claimed he would try. He is attempting to obfuscate them as we speak. Talking about sending ice to polls, controlling mail in ballots, wanting voter rolls etc. These things will escalate and there will be hell if he loses the midterms. Mark my words. He is a lying cheating fraud, he is going to continue to be.

You said he would cancel (or try whatever) the midterms using an emergency.  I've already tried to walk you through how a state of emergency works at the federal level.  You have the link to the applicable law.  I've done all I can do to help you.

And the things you just mentioned do nothing to cancel or interfere with the midterm elections.  Sending ICE to the polls to apprehend illegal aliens who cannot vote anyway actually helps election integrity.  Policing rampant mail-in voting is a good thing and will not result in canceling elections.  Same with voter rolls. Your words simply make no sense.
