Guantanamo Bay is no longer treated as a leftover from the war on terror. In 2026 the island is being rebuilt as a military tribunal hub, and the names moving through patriot channels are not mid-level clerks. They are presidents.
Accounts circulating this fall say Hillary and Bill Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and George W. Bush sit at the top of a roster that also names former CIA Director John Brennan, FBI agent Peter Strzok, and former Attorney General Eric Holder. Guantanamo Military Federal Prison, those sources repeat, was built for the worst criminals on the planet. The live question is which of those figures will actually reach the island.
On January 15, 2026, President Donald Trump signed Executive Order 14189, restoring military tribunal power over civilians in national-security cases — treason, trafficking, and espionage. No civilian jury. No plea deals. No decade of appeals. Three weeks later the Pentagon approved $500 million in emergency construction: 89 new holding cells, three courtrooms, a medical wing, and a communications blackout facility missing from 20 years of official briefings.
From February 1, unmarked charter flights left Andrews Air Force Base bound for Cuba. Trackers counted 47 flights and more than 200 passengers in twenty-five days. Manifests stayed classified. Followers of sealed-indictment tallies point to hundreds of thousands of sealed federal cases and say U.S. Special Forces have been pulling high-value targets under that paper.
Older briefings, recast for this year, claimed Special Forces had been hunting a satanic pedophile network inside agencies, the United Nations, and city halls. Secret grand juries in Washington were said to have widened after a new cache of evidence arrived. Upgrades, including wheelchair access, were described as prep for aging VIP detainees who would never see a civilian docket.
The public still sees familiar faces. Those who push the Gitmo line answer with doubles and managed appearances. What does not vanish is the concrete: new cells, new courtrooms, night flights from Andrews, and an order that lets the military try civilians for treason.
Whether Obama, Biden, Bush, or the Clintons are already on the island or still waiting on a manifest is the fight inside the movement. The expansion, the flights, and the order are treated as the tell. Tribunals, these sources insist, are not coming. They have begun.
