There are and will always be some folks like Dr. Helen Webberly whose medical license to practice was officially withdrawn in 2024, who are utterly nuts.

Currently, a biological man cannot get pregnant as best as I know. Whether a transexual man or woman can have biological children depends on whether they had 'bottom surgery' or not and the extent of the bottom surgery. Also, if a transwoman had sperm frozen prior to the bottom surgery and that sperm was used to get a female pregnant, then yes they can have biological children. Being transsexual definitely complicates their ability to have biological children.
