3) implying that its not ok to feel no pity for a person who died foolishly if its in the persuit of something they are passionate about

A speculative risk implies that the outcome is unknown, but something positve could occur, or something negative. I would say that just being foolish with your health would mean that there was no real upside to your actions that was worth the risk. If it is your opinion that something is not sad, then state that it is your opinion, don't act like it's a fact
