no idea mate, Im not having a lot of carbs so not going to hold that much water anyway.

it may be down to some medical condition but I'm not Googleing it, I will end up with all sorts of terminal ailments on the screen as opposed to something innocuous.

Hope it's going well.  Two questions please:  how do you like your chicken prepared?  And do you use salt - either to cook or at the table?

Actually 3 questions if you don't mind this one I've just thought of - does your wife diet at the same time as you?  I ask because I always find it easier if we do it at the same time.  That way I can cook exactly what I want and there's no temptation caused by her preparing stuff I choose to stay away from... (I know, I know... my lack of willpower sickens me too!  ;D)

Cheers

I have started cooking my chicken in these

sheets of paper you lay on the george foreman grill and it flavours the chicken while it cooks
I never really add salt to food apart from chips...

My Mrs doesnt diet, I just prepare what she wants and eat my own stuff, TBH most of the time our evening meals are not that much different
I have a steak wrap and she has steak and chips..
Last night we both had the lamb cobs

props.

how many calories do you drop from your normal diet when you start prep and how much do you think you'll drop at the closing stages of prep compared to the start?

dont really count as such, but prob eat around 2000 during initial prep, just dropped another 3-400 this week by cutting out noodles and wrap and adding in some more protein.

Off season around 3000 most days, but every day is different.

then they must have no legs, the only reason people buy larger waisted trousers is to fit their legs unless you have them specially tailored.

Are you tanning?  Or is that your natural skin tone?

4 weeks out....

Clear progress by the way - kudos

And wouldn't it be good to have some of that software that merges pictures into each other so you could make a progress gif or something like that - a modern version of a flick-book (Christ showing my age now  :P)
