I mean trying to equate the derangement. This is a very common tactic. When liberals are faced with an indisputable chronic problem with their people, their response is: both sides do it. That's often an inaccurate cop out. Both parties and ideologies have problems, but they don't share all of the same problems.
There is in no way, shape, or form a valid comparison between the psychotic stuff we have been seeing from liberals since the election and what conservatives are doing.
There is no comparison whatsoever to the censorship, violence, intimidation, and vandalism on college campuses in response to speakers with an opposing viewpoint. That is a liberal, not conservative problem.
Many other examples, but trying to equate all problems liberals have with conservatives is not factual.
This is the post I was responding to and nowhere does it mention the word
derangement. BTW, the term Trumptards is equally offensive as the term libtards, IMO
It's also helpful if that "disaffected populace" all have mental health problems which of course is common among Trumptards
have/get a corner on something | meaning of ... - Longman Dictionary

To put it more succinctly; People have mental heath issues regardless of political affiliations or beliefs. It doesn't matter whether the problems are the same or different.
Opposing viewpoints can instigate aggressive responses. My guess is that you believe this type of aggression is one sided. It is not.
I asked for your definition of mental illness. If you answered me, I'm not seeing it. Now I am asking you how you define psychotic. For example, do you consider intentionally driving your car into a crowd of people at a rally psychotic? Was Timothy McVey psychotic. In the 30+ years that followed Roe v. Wade, providers and clinics were targeted in more than 300 acts of violence, including arson, bombings, and assassinations. Do you consider this psychotic behavior?
