Number one Atlanta fucking Gym number to I train at that fucking Jim I was at the motherfucking gym from 5:30 a.m. until midnight. In fact at one point I almost bought a fifth of the gym offered for $100,000 for you mathematicians that will be the owner valuing the gym at $500,000... 2 months later I had an offer from one of my attorneys to give me $200,000 cash to offer to the owner in which the owner replied he would burn the fucking place down or some sort before he took $200,000 cash for it... Two or three months later when the lease was coming up and was going to increase but probably 30 or 40% I got a phone call and asking anybody whatever happened to that $200,000 cash she had... Not realizing I'm not stupid when it comes to financials I know how to read a balance sheet and and expenses and profits and whatnot as well as the fact I know that he kept two books for accounting how much he said the gym was worth to Prudential buyers and how much the gym was actually worth needless to say I broke her to deal with another guy for him to buy the gym for $200,000 with one day to go before the lease was up in which she borrowed a $200,000 from one of my clients.
