One of the best bodybuilding books going, I trained like this for years, his advice on form and feeling the movement is top notch..

I'm not big on youtube, but the athlenex channel gives some great tips on training safely, id have healthy shoulders and knees if I came across him 20 yrs ago

Good book.  A solid way to train.  I could never keep up training to the ragged edge or more than about a month or so.
