Two bodybuilder size guys were caught at gym sauna due to they help each other jerk off.  Actually it is very common, not a new.  However they explained to gym staff that they felt horny at morning time and their muscle are very big so difficult to shake and jerk off easily.  Therefore they helped each other ..... lol many peoples heard and laughed ...  as I know, their member gone!

I think they "help each other out" I dont think those are attendants, just other visitors.
What does the word "patron" mean in this context btw?
