I do not think they were "hacked".  Who would go through the trouble to "hack" the account, just to post that tweet?  Obviously something else happened.

If they really want to get to the bottom of it, I am sure they can.  I suspect it will all be handled internally (as it probably should be) and we will never know really what happened.

I often wonder this as well. People spend 20 minutes in the drive-thru when it would have taken half of that to walk in. I guess people just don't want to get out of their car.

The concept of drive through is speed....until a minvan full orders everything on the menu as slowly as possible. Also, is it a prerequisite for the people that work drive through at McD's to have face piercings?
