Just so happens, Robert Gibbs, Obama's former Press Secretary, is the global chief communications officer at McDonald's and also happens to have the Twitter password. 
Do you really think he has the password?
I know that here, there are maybe 10 people who have the password to the EA / DICE Twitter or Instagram accounts.
Now, of course Andrew Wilson could easily ask for it, but he wouldn't bother. Even the Chief Marketing Officer for the company (Chris Bruzzo) wouldn't bother to worry about the Twitter account himself. He's a busy guy.
Now it definitely is possible. I mean, at that level, he surely could request it and someone would give it to him. At that level, it's tough to say no to the guy, but would it really be likely?
